How many boxes do I have?
On the "Your Service and Support" page, I see this in the X1 TV paragraph—

I know that I do not have this many boxes! I have no question about the last one—Living Room. It's online. I have one small box in my Main Bedroom, not two. I'm paying for just two TV boxes—that's not the question. Here are my questions—
- What is this first item, the "Set-Top Box"?
- Why do three of these four items report "Status unavailable"?

Hello Tater3 thanks so much for taking the time to reach out with these questions, and for being a regular contributor to the community!
All cable boxes associated with the account are saved in this history view, so if you've had boxes swapped out they'll by default be named as the old equipment was. The "Status Unavailable" is not good or bad, it just means we haven't been able to confirm the status on that equipment in a while. Typically, resetting the device will help clear this up, as the secondary boxes can lose communication with the main(Living Room I'm assuming) box if not used or tuned to for a long time.
