how to change to a less expensive tv plan

We are paying too much for services we barely use.  Chat will only give me links to add more channels.

Good evening, @mlkstarrr, and thank you for reaching out to us on our Community Forum! We understand wanting to enjoy the services you love at a price that works well for you and your family, and we'd be happy to point you in the right direction.

You can review the TV packages and service options available for your address using our plan builder here: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/offers.

Once you've had a chance to review the available options, please let us know if you have any questions or need help understanding the differences between plans. We're here to help you find a package that best fits your needs and budget.

That link only gives me the option to add channels that we already have. We want to subtract, not add

Sorry that the site we provided isn't giving you the option to downgrade, mlkstarrr! In that case our team would be more than happy to take a closer look on our end to see what's possible. Please send a message our way with your full name, name on the account (if different), and service address, and we'll dig in!

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
  3. Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. A "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.
