We definitely want to ensure you are able to use your box to watch all of your favorite channels, especially on the weekend. This is my favorite time to watch! Have you tried any troubleshooting already? Are there any lights on your remote? user_2r9267 Thanks for the confirmation. When you say you are trying to activate your Xfinity Remote it does require our TV equipment (Box) to use. Are you perhaps using one of our Xumo Boxes?
