I have a new Samsung 4K TV, but the TV Box I have doesn't support 4K (XG2v2-P). I would like to exchange it for your 4K version.
I upgraded my TV to a nice 4K version. My current TV Box (XG2v2-P) doesn't support it. I'd like to exchange it for your 4K version (XG1v4-A). My local Xfinity store doesn't seem to have any in stock. Apparently they are in hot demand. My research suggests the best way to go about getting one is to go through the Support Forum. But it looks like sending an unprompted Direct Message is kind of frowned upon. Can someone in Support assist me in getting the 4K TV box?
