I purchased and watched movie in English in 2024, but now it is playing in Spanish! How do I get English version back?

Somehow the movie I recorded in 2024 (and watched after recording) is now playing back in Spanish. How do I get the original English version back?

user_90cz2d Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like the Secondary Audio Programming (SAP) option has been enabled for that program. To disable the Secondary Audio Programming (SAP), navigate to the SAP setting on your Xfinity TV box or remote and toggle it off. You can usually access this by pressing the down arrow on your remote, selecting the SAP icon, and then choosing your preferred audio language. Alternatively, you can access the settings menu on your Xfinity box and look for audio settings or language settings to reset SAP to default or turn it off.

This did not help! My settings are all in English but more and more of my movies, both those purchased and those recorded, are changing from English into Spanish.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
