I would like to upgrade my dvr plan and I do not have access on my device.
When I go through the steps to upgrade my DVR, it says I don't have access. I just recently signed up for a new plan which lowered my DVR storage. Now I wish to upgrade. I have done this previously, but this time it doesn't work.

Good afternoon @user_wvljs9. I can help with upgrading your DVR storage. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name and full address, we can get started.
To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
