Thank you for posting on our community forums, user_xw8s8c. I understand how important that feature is, especially for screening incoming calls. The Caller ID on TV feature does rely on a few settings and requirements, so let’s check a couple of things:

 

Make sure Caller ID on TV is enabled in your X1 settings (Settings → Preferences → Notifications → Caller ID).

Check that your TV Box is an X1 box and that it’s online and not in standby.

If everything looks correct, try restarting your TV box to refresh the connection.

 

If it’s still not showing after that, there may be a signal or provisioning issue on the backend, and we can take a closer look for you.
