intermittent pixelation on only one TV

I am experiencing intermittent pixelation on the TV attached to my DVR box.

It does not  occur on the  second, non-DVR box that I have.  This pixelation is worse on one channel (the one we leave the box setting on) and not so much on the others. 

In fact, I have set the channel pixelating to record when pixelating and the recording when played back on the DVR box is pixelated but the recording when played on the non-DVR box is not pixelated.

I have replaced the DVR box, I have replaced the TV attached to the box, simplified my box to TV connection, replaced all cables, etc.  and nothing seems to make this problem go away.

I see many people have posted about similar problems but none that have two boxes to compare as I have done.

Anyone have an idea?
