Issues with 2 of 3 cable boxes and virtual assistant not helping

Hello -  I need to find an actual agent/person to speak to. 2 of our 3 cable boxes are not working. The virtual assistant program is not working, and we've been without cable for days. I've tried all of the unplugs, restarts, etc. I need to speak with someone and assume we may need two new cable boxes.
