Issues with pixelation

Hello,

I have had pixilation for over 2 years. Please!!! Do not say "Let us send a rep out" You did that last year (check your records). That rep changed all of my connectors, which was useless!!

I do not want to go to Fidium, but at this point I do not see an alternative!!!! With my phones I give Xfinity over $360/month!!!!! That money should not result in CONSTANT pixilation.

Xfinity has one month to fix this. It's been 2 years!!!! If it isn't fixed I will move to Fidium fiber!!!!!  $360/month for pixilation is unacceptable !!!!!

I an go to Fidium and save at least $100/month. I don't want to [Edited: Language], fix my pixilation!!!!!!

Thank you for connecting with us here about the pixelation with your cable service, @user_zubczs. I can see how this would be very frustrating. You've reached the right team for assistance. Please let us know if you've checked the coaxial to make sure it's secure and finger tight at the wall and behind the modem to ensure the internet connection is solid. Can you also look at the coaxial cable to see if it looks old, damaged, or kinked? If it does, we recommend swapping it out for a new cable and swapping any splitters as well. Once we've checked this, we can move on to see what else stands out.

Last summer Xfinity sent a technician to my house. He changed all of the connectors and tightened everything. The problem never went away. The tech mentioned that this is a huge Xfinity problem.

Please fix this.
