I’ve had pixelation for over a year now

I’ve had my Comcast guy come several times and it still happing. He finally figured it was a cable between my area to Comcast main hub but that was in March. It’s now December have they fixed it that’s a BIG NO. Hate spending so much money for the worst service ever.

The Comcast guy is mine because he services this area is a totally good guy and he try’s so hard to help me with this problem. But company doesn’t do there part!!!

  •   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  •   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •   Press Enter to send it
