Last minute of recorded programs cuts off

The last minute of recorded programs cuts off. This is a broadly known issue with your customers. The only guidance I have found is to go into each scheduled program individually and extend the recording 3 minutes as a work around. I do not want to do that, but instead am seeking a permanent fix from Xfinity.
