Last Watched Not Working!

Last Watch working correctly whatsoever ever since yesterday morning when I was updating the system like it told me too, and then I updated again this morning like it came up and I thought oh great it’s gonna fix itself instead it just got worse instead of five shows or channels being there for last watched it it’s now too. I’m not happy about it whatsoever. We use this on a daily basis more than once a day. it’s way easier for our household and now it’s just an aggravating thing that needs to get fixed as soon as possible please and thank you. That would be great.

Hello, user_59j28h! Thank you so much for reaching out for help with your “Last Watched” feature—I know how frustrating it can be when it’s not working the way it should. Let’s walk through a few quick fixes together to get things back on track:

1. Restart your TV Box
Sometimes a simple reset can do the trick. Unplug your Xfinity TV box from the power outlet, wait about 1 minute, and then plug it back in. You can also say “Restart TV Box” into your voice remote for a quicker option.
2. Toggle Watch History Settings
Refreshing this feature can help:

Go to Settings > Privacy > Watch History
Toggle it Off, exit the menu
Then go back in and toggle it On again

This helps reset how your viewing activity is tracked.
3. Clear Corrupted History
If you’re seeing outdated or incorrect programs:

Press the Last button on your remote
Highlight the incorrect channel or program
Press the D button (green diamond)
Select Clear all history

This will remove any stuck or inaccurate entries.
We’ll get this sorted out!

I am having issues with the "Last Watched" list also. ESPN, ESPN2, USA and other channels aren't showing on last watch history. I called and they did a system reset, I unplugged the box for a reset and the situation is still the same.

I went to the Menu then SETTINGS - PRIVACY (4th from bottom of menu) - then turned Watch History OFF - Then Exit the menu and check the last watched button - the TV should show that it's off.  Then go back in and turn it back on.  It worked for me and my two different TV boxes.   I had to do it on each box.

user_qapl5d Hello! Thanks for sharing the trouble you are having with the last watched menu and the missing networks. I'm sorry that this is causing you trouble. I know how convenient the last watched channels makes things to navigate between shows. I love the suggestion that @user_b9rez2 made with trying to toggle the feature off and back on. I know that tends to be the fix in most technology situations. Thank you for sharing your experience with that solution @user_b9rez2 ❤️
@user_qapl5d Thank you for trying to unplug the box and allowing us to send a refresh. Do you have more than one cable box? If so, is it happening on all boxes?
