Missing dvr recordings

Xfinity rep switch my account to Now and I have ultimate account. They were there and then gone. Can they be recovered from the cloud?

user_8fzfn9, Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. Great question. When you say you switched to NOW did you switch to NOWTV service? Are you wanting to gain recordings from when you had our Ultimate TV video service? Do you still subscribe to Ultimate TV video service?

Yes I do have Ultimate video. Rep made a mistake. Xfinity corrected it two days later  it was there then it was gone.
