Multiview box upgrade ??
I tried to upgrade my X1 box so that we can get a new box to use Multiview but when I try to upgrade through the box, I get an error. I thought I went through all of the steps a few weeks ago to get a new box but a new X1 box has not arrived yet. I was able to order one of the smaller boxes for a different TV, but not the main X1 box.

To send a Direct Message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
