Multiview not working

I have a compatible box and the multiview menu comes up showing the games. But it says no multiview is available. What is the disconnect here?

Hello user_whdqpb 👋 The Multiview feature is easily one of my favorites from our X1 equipment on busy game days, so I appreciate you coming to us for help with using the feature! If you have a compatible X1 box and see the Multiview menu with games but get a message saying no Multiview is available, it likely means you're outside the Multiview programming window. Multiview is only accessible when multiple games are broadcast simultaneously. If there are limited live events going on at any given time, the feature may not be available. You'll also want to ensure you are within the scheduled Multiview times, as the feature is not accessible outside those windows.

No it shows games currently available and the 4 way setup on the menu but the screen says no games available: I get all the channels that are shown to have multi view capabilities. Something is still not working. Is it a modem problem or…

Okay, we would be happy to take a look at that issue from our end for you. Can you send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?

To send a direct message [private message]:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
