My EVO1-5-U/U never stops buzzing

Hello,

The input/output device EVO1-5-U/U will not stop buzzing. It’s so loud I can hear it in multiple rooms. From what I gathered from reading other posts, it’s most likely old and needs to be replaced. How do I go about doing that?

Thank you!

Thanks for taking the time to reach out through our community forums, user_2eo8hl! As someone who is easily bothered by electrical noise and buzzing sounds, I'm sorry to hear your equipment is getting noisy.  It definitely sounds like it might be in need of replacement. I see that you've already sent us a direct message. For future reference, please note that please keep in mind that sending unsolicited direct messages is a violation of Forum Guidelines. That said, I'll meet you in private messaging to keep your information secure. See you there!

@XfinitySean Hi there! I did respond to you in the private message but now the private message disappeared from my conversations. Do I need to send another private message or can you please reply to me again?
