My internet is finally working ok but my TV picture quality is horrendous.

Can you please send someone to check the quality of TV service in town center in the Woodlands, Texas.  My internet is working ok but the TV picture is pixelated and appears to be a signal problem and not a problem with my TV since I can stream fine.  I scheduled a technician but he is not coming out until next Saturday. can you please verify that there are not TV network transmission.  I am really tired of paying more each month and getting consistently poorer service.
