My last watched list is not updating

Even after I clear the history, it goes back to showing channels I don’t even use. I mostly record and watch recordings but I have two kids and a full time job so I can never get through a full episode of anything. I record so many things that going through my whole list of recordings every time just to find what I was watching last is endless.

My last watched is not showing any recording I watch. Started last night.  If this is a permanent change by Xfinity it deserves a revolt with pitch forks and torches.

Good Morning, @fishfix! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! I completely understand wanting to have the last watched feature, as it is one of my favorite features. Can you share with us any troubleshooting steps that you may have completed? Have you attempted to power cycle the box? Please let us know.

Hey @user_3ruwy9. Thank you for visiting our official Xfinity Forums Community support page. We will be more than happy to assist with the Last 9 issue you are experiencing. It is one of my favorite features so I can quickly go back to something I recently watched. Have you tried power cycling the set-top box by unplugging it for 20-30 seconds to see if that helps resolve the issue?
