My TV is making a terrible sound usually after a commercial when I turn it off and turn it back on it goes away, but then it’ll come back

my TV makes a roaring noise usually after a commercial and then when the show comes on it’s still going if I turn it off and turn it back on it’s fine but I’ve been doing this for a year now
