I'm having the same issue - started on 6/26 - tv keeps repeating segments of show that I am currently watching. If I change the channel, it automatically jumps back to the previous channel after a few minutes and the time of the broadcast is off.
user_1cbzov Good morning to you! Thank you for sharing your experience with the programming returning back to previous channel and it repeating what was already viewed. I'm sorry that the service is acting this way. When first reading it I thought maybe it was a DVR recording acting up, but you seem to be viewing live TV since you are changing channels. I know this can be a bit annoying especially when you want to enjoy a show. I would love to help get things working again like they should. Are you viewing the channels through a X1 cable box or are you streaming through the Xfinity Stream app? If using the X1 cable box does rebooting the cable box make any change to the program repeating and returnin to the previous channel?
