My voice is not working, I entered the code 981 after pressing the back button and+ now I can not use my remote at all

@user_vhmiue  Hello, and thank you for reaching out on the Forums. Have you already tried replacing the batteries in the remote? If so, could you try turning the TV on using the original TV remote or by pressing the power button directly on the TV? Once it's powered on, let us know if the remote functions normally or if the issue continues.
