Need a replacement of HDMI cable high speed tv
One of our Xfinity box/cable is not connecting well and we get audio loop almost every time we turn on TV/Cable, sound loop like a broken record. I heard it’s cable issue, HDMI cable looks loose. Can we get a replacement?

Hi there, @user_fli2em. Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community Forum and sorry to hear about the trouble. If you have not done so already, unplugging the HDMI cable and plugging it back in may secure the connection. If you need a new HDMI cable, we can ship one out. Let us know.
