need replacement xg1v4-a

Can I get a replacement XG1V4-A box? Mine stopped working. I contacted support and said that I needed an XG14-A. They said they would send out a technician to replace it. The technician arrived but didn't have that box with him. He said he'd put in a Xi-6 wireless box to get me through the weekend and would be back Monday with the right box. That was nearly 2 months ago. The Xi-6 box keeps crashing and doesn't have the longer pause buffer that the Xg1V4-A box has. Could someone help me get an XG1V4-A box back? Thanks!

@JoeL0 Thanks for adding a post to the forum. The best and free way to obtain a specific box is by picking it up at a local store. When shipping, the local warehouse will send out a similar box if there are none available. Find the closest store to your location here https://www.xfinity.com/local/store-offers.

@XfinityBenny Is there a way to find out if a particular store has that box in stock? I thought I heard that the XG1V4a is somewhat scarce.

I apologize, but inventory can vary store by store. I would recommend visiting a local Xfinity Store and if there are no devices in stock, they can assist in placing an shipment @JoeL0.
