Need Wi-Fi cable box but technician ordered XG1v4-A
I was told by the technician that came to my house that the cable coming into my house was not strong enough to support the 3 cable boxes l had at my previous address. He told me he ordered a Wi-Fi cable box so I could get cable on my TV in the basement. I received an XG1v4-A box but it appears not to work via Wi-Fi but requires a coaxial connection. Is this true? If so, then this does NOT solve my problem and I need a Wi-Fi enabled cable box.
thank you,
