There are more negative reviews vs positive and upper management apparently is not addressing the various issues as nothing changes. One issue is the "Guide" button on the remote. Click twice and it brings up..."All channels then Free to me and so on." Click on "Free to me" and if you scroll thru the guide for shows and click on a show, message comes up... subscription needed. Well then, why are these many channels on the "Free to me" option?!!? Hmmm? Called Xfinity rep and...not a reasonable response given. This is click and bait.
