Netflix NW-2-5
I cant access Netflix through the cable box. Other apps seem to be OK. We have two TV's, both TV's uses cable boxes, and one of them is connecting to Netflix without any issues. I can access Netflix using the smart TV. When I do this I need to sign up and they are asking for a payment plan. We already pay Comcast for Netflix and dont want to pay twice.
I have tried to power cycle the TV, cable box and router. None of these methods worked. Please help.

I know we watch a lot of Netflix in my household too. Have you tried signing in and out on the Netflix app?
