New Box - DVR Recording Things On Its Own
A few weeks ago our XG1v4 got stuck in a reboot loop and after troubleshooting the error we went to an Xfinity store to swap it out with a new one. Since getting a new box, it seems to not only be recording series I had set to record on the previous DVR but it's as if it's also recording whatever the previous owner of the new DVR box had set. It's really annoying as there are now a bunch of new series that I have to delete and then cancel the series recording.
Has anyone experienced this before? Is there an easy way for me to go through and see all series recordings, not just the ones that area upcoming over the next week or so?

Hey there, thomas271, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding the issues with your DVR. I know how important it is to have your shows recorded as I rely on my DVR when I am out of the house too! You can delete a recording and view scheduled recordings.
