Hello Jessica-C, I use my DVR a ton too, so I can imagine what you're going through with missing shows. I want to make sure we're on the same page. Did you recently change to a new promotion or service level from a grandfathered package? Are you missing recordings on your local TV Box DVR or your Cloud DVR (CDVR)?
