Our Digital Care Team is awesome to work with because we'll always do whatever we can to review and resolve issues quickly, and it's my pleasure to look into this for you :) Is this a new issue (was the light turning off before when you would shut the TV Box off)? If so, have you tried any troubleshooting steps such as power cycling the box (unplugging it from power for at least 15 seconds before plugging it back in), or sending a reset signal from the Xfinity App?
