New X1 box sound and replay issues

Recently got message that I needed to upgrade my tv box. Installed new box with no issues, however immediately noticed sound would momentarily cut out for a second or two. It happens all the time no matter the channel or if watching Netflix. Also having issues with rewinding a live program, it jumps all the way to the beginning.

user_rllt7o thank you for reaching our via Community Forums. Having sound issues while enjoying your favorite programs is certainly not ideal. Let's get this issue resolved for you together, as well as the rewind concern you mentioned as well. Have you already attempted to troubleshoot your new equipment using the Xfinity Support site?

I did and none of that worked. I believe there is an issue with the box. None of my other tvs/boxes have this issue, nor did my old box that thus one replaced. I think I need a new box.
