I have no cable service. Message on screen says “there seems to be a problem “

You've reached the perfect place to get help with your cable services. Please check the coax connection at the back of the cable box and where it connects to the coax outlet on the wall. Are both ends tight and secure? We recommend tightening these by hand because using a tool can overtighten them and bend the internal copper wire, which can result in connection issues.

First. Check their site for official info on any possible local outages here;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.

Again, no cable and call customer service get busy.  Go online and just cycles.  This is really tiresome.

i live in CA and my cable service is down.  their web pages also won't load and when I call them it says my call can't be completed.  internet itself is working.
