No closed captions on national geographic wild (channel 687); started yesterday

Option is set ON for closed captioning

Here are the channels, caption status and what was playing:

250 - No (Life Below Zero)
 
335 - Yes (To Catch a Smuggler)

676 - Yes (To Catch a Smuggler)

687 - No (Life Below Zero followed by Investigation Shark Attack)

1472 - No (Life Below Zero)

1473-  Yes (To Catch a Smuggler)

30600, 30700 - couldn't receive

Thank you for providing the impacted channels. computermusic. Let's try to toggle closed captioning (CC) off then on. Closed Captions can now be turned on or off using the Xfinity Voice Remote. Press and hold the microphone (Mic) button, and say "closed captions on" or "closed captions off." Does toggling the settings help?

No, that didn't help. I was doing a general search in Support for 'National Geographic Wild' and found a link for feedback: https://www.nationalgeographic.com/tv/feedback. I clicked that and at the bottom of the page there was another link: https://www.nationalgeographic.com/tv/closed-captioning. I'm going to try that and see what happens.

We are tracking a known issue as of yesterday about Closed Captioning Missing on Nat Geo Wild channels specifically on the X1 cable boxes. We are working on a full fix, but CC is confirmed to be working via the Xfinity Stream App for this channel collection.
