No ESPN or CBS Sports Channels work

All the ESPN Channels have been glitchy and pixelated for months for my house - always for all NFL football games or any other live sports.  Now since yesterday all ESPN channels give some meaningless error message (XRE-03059) that technicians are working to fix an issue and the box goes back to the last channel it was on.  Nothing has been fixed, and we cannot watch any ESPN channel - and now it also impacts all CBS Sportnet channels too.  It has been like this for two days.  The Xfinity assistant is useless and provides no value.   Where is customer service with this company?

@user_pqvooe Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I understand how frustrating it can be if you are experiencing service issues, especially on a sports channel when you are trying to enjoy a game! Our team is here to help you. :) Just to confirm, are you still experiencing the error message on the ESPN channels? You also mentioned the box is going back to the last channel it was on, is it still doing that as well?

January 15 and espn and nfl are worse, if that’s possible. My husband wasted an hour online with an xfinity tech who insisted it was our equipment. He ran all the diagnostics and of course, nothing is wrong. I am starting to wonder if xfinity is pixelating these channels intentionally to drive customers to Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc.

It is absurd that this has been a known issue for several years and xfinity has done absolutely NOTHING to address the issue.

Thank you for reaching out to us @Sergergirl! Getting your services working as they should be is important to us. Is this happening at all times on these channels or only during live games?
