No live TV

There's not "outages" yet I've seen Xfinity trucks everywhere for the last week when my wifi and TV had acted up. The Internet is fine finally but the live TV isn't working on my boxes or the Xfinity app on my Roku TV. Plus my boxes are HDMI only and therefore work off the wifi not the cable lines. Plus there's no way to report a issue nor to get anyone local to talk to. There's literally no reason to not have live TV on WiFi HDMI only boxes nor the Xfinity stream app. Also can't access on demand. Can use the apps on Xfinity fine but I can do that with my Roku and WiFi.

This isn't the experience we want for anyone, @Slyboyjay, and very much appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to assist. There are a few ways you can get in touch with a Comcast specialist, here is how. Our team is here to help. The Xfinity app works great to not only check your account status for a service interruption but also to troubleshoot your services if you ever experience an issue. It's easy to use and works like a charm. And of course, our Digital Care Team is here to help too! Is there an error code or message you're receiving when trying to enjoy your services?

Live TV does not access via Xumo Box using Xfinity Stream.  I get an error message saying TVAPP-00500 Error.  The helps online do not address this!?
