No Signal

No signal. Hard test sis not work. Remotes also won’t unpair all connections are tight. Yes, unplugged cable box and waited a few minutes. It is now stuck on the Select Your Language Screen but remote not responding. Doesn’t respond to our LG remote either that we had linked.

user_mfjmr3 That is definitely odd. Thank you for letting us know you are having issues with your TV boxes. Did you by chance to check to see if there are any alerts for your area right now? You can use the Xfinity status center to check. If there are any reported issues, the Xfinity assistant is great at detecting any issues and can even set up a tech appointment if needed. Let me know if you need more assistance.
