Not getting HDR Content with the x1xgv4 box

Hello. Just bought a new Sony Bravia 4k and i'm not able to view HDR content on my cable using the X1XGV4 box. Streaming is working. Everything is brand new, including HDMI cables, except the box. All the settings are correct per the xfinity directions but no HDR content even on the apps as long as I'm going through the box. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

Is your XG1v4 set to video in 2160p60 4K? 

Is the HDMI input on your TV set to something like Deep Color?

Do you have a 4K external device like a streamer or disc player that does HDR that you can connect to the same TV input to see if you get HDR from it?

Thxs. Yes to the first question. Sony doesn't use that terminology but I believe the HDMI inputs are set correctly. Good idea but sadly I don't have another source of 4k to connect. If I use the TV to stream from my Wi Fi I can get the tv to 4k HDR. I also note that on the xfinity set top box it is not recognizing the tv. On the video display screen where it indicates the resolution used in the upper right hand corner it shows a cartoon of a tv, says "4k UHD" and "undetected".

Thanks for posting on our Community Forums, user_d4tbs5. And for engaging with our problem solvers for assistance. I appreciate your help with the TV Box settings @BIslander. Did you get to check a different source of 4k with the TV? I know the HDMI cables are new, but it wouldn't hurt to try a different cable to rule out a faulty wire. Did you also try rebooting our TV box manually or through our Xfinity App?

My XG1v4s also say Undetected with the screen icon upper right.  Upper left I see video set to 4K UHD HDR.   I get HDR from the boxes to both of my TVs.
