ok button on remote
Can the remote or box be programmed so that my mother doesn't have to hit ok to have the channel register? I saw a few threads here, but they were over a year old and I'm hoping something has changed.

Good evening @user_dswxii, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums with your question about bypassing the OK button when entering channel numbers. We appreciate the opportunity to help.
At this time, the Xfinity TV Box and remote cannot be programmed to bypass pressing the OK button after entering a channel number. The button press is required to register the channel selection.
May I ask which model remote she is using? If she has one of our Xfinity Voice Remotes, has she tried using the microphone/voice button to change channels instead? For example, she can press the microphone button and say the channel name or channel number, which may provide a more convenient experience.
