Only tennis channel loses sound and rebooting does not fix it—other TVs in house have the sound. Other channels too

this happens regularly only to tennis channel.  Rebooting the box not fix it.  Random. Only tennis channel while other channels work, and tennis channel works on other TVs.  Do I need a new box?
