Our DVR limit is to increase from 20 hrs to 300...

We have Ultimate TV pkg, when will we see our DVR upgrade to 300 hrs from 20 (as stated in the "existing customer deals")?

Hi. I noticed the change under: "Manage Plan, New Deals, Offers, TV/Streaming". Every plan listed receives 300 DVR hours (we currently have 20hrs), except "TV Core" which still gets 150 hours. I'm thinking this is something I need to just go to the new Xfinity store a couple of blocks from us, and see live people to discuss my options (which I don't mind doing). My "Ultimate TV" plan/discounts ends in August, I'm guessing I'll be informed there is no longer "Ultimate TV", that it's now called "TV Premium" which includes the 300 hrs (and a price increase, of course).

I would have thought existing contracts would automatically be bumped up, especially seeing that even the very basic service ("TV Core") gets 150 hours. Not to mention being a "Diamond" member of 30+ years. I actually started when Comcast was Jones Intercable, but I'm sure that's way, way, way before your time. Those were fun, easy times having cable; I'm sure other folks using the service back then can relate/understand with a smile.

Thank you for your time and service, Benjamin!
