Outage
There has been an outage for over 24 hours. No one has given an estimated repair time & you purposely make it where customers cannot reach anyone for help. I pay my bill on time EVERY MONTH & I want RELIABLE service that WORKS! WHEN ARE YOU FIXING THIS?!!!

You can quickly and easily determine if there is a service interruption in the area by using our Xfinity Status Center and/or Xfinity App. If there is an estimated time of restoration available, it will be displayed.
We will be more than happy to confirm the service interruption is taking place, but we do not have any additional information outside what the Xfinity Status Center and Xfinity App provide. If there is no estimated time of restoration available, we will be unable to provide one as well or let you know the root cause of the issue.
