Paramount doesn’t work

Paramount keeps crashing. Get and error message something went wrong. Try again. It’s been doing it for months. I tried a chat and nothing was resolved

The Paramount+ App on X1 has been broken for months and months. They don't seem interested in fixing it. Mine is all blurry and has no surround sound. It also frequently freezes. Meanwhile, every other app on X1 works flawlessly.

Thanks for reaching out @Tek! I can completely understand how frustrating that would be, especially if you've been dealing these issues for months. 

 

The following boxes are not compatible with the Paramount + App: 

  1. RNG150
  2. Pace Xi3
  3. Samsung XG2v2
  4. Arris XG1v1
  5. Pace XG1v1

 

The Pace Xi5 (PX051AEI) used for Xumo Stream Box or Flex is not compatible.

Could you please confirm the model of the cable box you currently have?
