Percent of space used on cloud

I have an x1 box that displays percent used on the box, but how do I find percent used on the cloud.

Hello, @user_726j89 thank you for taking time to reach out over Xfinity Forums. That is a great question regarding checking cloud storage space.

The X1 experience has been updated to hours, so what ever percentage you have remaining would be the amount allotted for any new recordings (physical or cloud). Based on your plan you should have150 (older grandfathered plans) or 300 (most new TV plans) hours available in total.

@XfinityJustinC My new X1 box says 10% used, but before I installed it my old X2 box said something around 70% used. I still have access to those programs that were previously recorded in the cloud from the X2 box. So how do I monitor my total usage (both physical and cloud)?

We've moved everything to cloud storage and no longer rely on the physical storage so when you're seeing the storage meter its based on your total cloud storage. 150 hours are allotted at no additional cost with our current Xfinity TV service.
