Pixalation

Comcast service tech here couple of months ago, change line from pole to house and the box, it was fine till last week and started freezing and pixalation on all channels. 

Thinking of taking the box to the store and replace it.

Restarted box then the system and still doing the same thing.

  I’m sorry to hear that, I know how important my tv service is,  I use it to work from home every day. This link https://shorturl.at/FTRNm has great information on how you can troubleshoot your TV services, there's a lot of times there's remote troubleshooting steps that can be done to resolve that issue. VR awesome Xfinity app when you remote troubleshoot your services if there's not a issue that's detected it will connect you with the chat assistant that can schedule for a technician to come out to fix the issue,  which i do recommend going that route first because I would hate to make a trip to replace the infinity box from our local store and still have the same issues
