So that we don't go over something you've already done, can you please share with me what troubleshooting steps have you completed on your own? Have you by any chance used the Xfinity app to reset the cable box?
i'm having the same pixellating issue with live network channels. curious if the problem persists for you at all hours of the day. here the pixellating distortion shows up at night on those channels but signal is OK in daytime.
@user_wm0dcb Have you checked the cables? Rebooted your modem? Is the signal issue during live broadcast on a specific channel or on all channels and on live and prerecorded content?
