Pixelated

My service has been pixelated for going over two weeks.  Line into house replaced and the main box in the house replaced October 11.    Changed absolutely nothing.  The service person said that there is nothing else he can do and is pushing it to “level 2”.  Nothing done still.  Need the secret to getting this fixed

No.  The service tech that ran a new line and replaced the boxes said he was opening an repair ticket and they would get back to me.  They did extensive upgrades in our neighborhood a few weeks back and we have been toast since
