Pixelation after system upgrades
In suburbs of Chicago and beginning 11/20/24 after several notifications of "no service" for system upgrades, we started getting heavy pixelation on our TV, all cable channels and dvr recordings. But NOT on 3rd party apps (Netflix, Prime, Paramount Plus)
Have tried the useless chat, rebooted system, replaced cables and splitter and still no improvement.
Will be setting up a service call. Anyone in suburbs of Chicago with same issues?
