Welcome, @user_4lnz12! Thank you for creating a post about your video quality concerns. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've had, and I'd love to see what we can do to help! To start, may I ask what troubleshooting you've tried so far (i.e. power cycling the TV Box, remote troubleshooting through the Xfinity Assistant, etc.)?
