Pixelation Issues

Hello -

We are having pixelation issues with our television and it seems to be more constant/worse since an outage on 10/16.  We have done all the troubleshooting - checked cables and did system refreshes.  Pixelation still present in live television, especially on the networks - CBS, Fox, NBC, ABC. I see that this is a common topic. We do have an X1 4k box - is this more of a broadcast issue than a signal issues?  Should we try a new 4k box or have a technician check the connections outside?
