Pixelation right now

NBC golf pixelation right now, channel unwatchable AGAIN. Unbelievable and unpredictable when it will happen as it can be fine but then it’s not. This needs to be fixed permanently.

Hello user_d1bd1c we're sorry to hear about this pixelation issue. Is this only happening during certain live programs? And does this occuron the HD and SD versions of the channel?

HD channel. It can happen on any show on NBC but definitely destroyed Olympics viewing and in this instance golf.

user_d1bd1c Thanks for clarifying. Have you tried rebooting the box manually or through the Xfinity App to see if that helps? We also recommend checking the coaxial connection on both ends (wall plate and TV box) to make sure it's tight.

We rebooted and checked cables many times. It never helps. It did happen again today so unfortunately we have to use an iPad to watch a clear feed. Thank you.

That is definitely an issue we can troubleshoot from here for you @user_d1bd1c. Could you send us a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service?

To send a direct message [private message]:

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
